We begin with a short discovery conversation — usually 30 to 45 minutes — to understand your situation and what you're hoping to achieve. From there, we outline a proposed scope and fee range for your consideration. There's no pressure to proceed until you're comfortable with what's been proposed.

Timelines vary considerably depending on the engagement type and the organisation's complexity. A focused scenario planning workshop can be completed across two to three sessions over a few weeks. A more thorough quality management review may take four to eight weeks. We discuss realistic timelines upfront so expectations are aligned from the start.

The fee range reflects variation in scope, depth, and the size of the organisation involved. A smaller team requiring a single-session workshop sits at the lower end; a larger organisation requiring multi-department coverage and detailed reporting sits higher. We provide a fixed-fee proposal after the initial conversation so costs are clear before any commitment.

This depends on the engagement. Scenario planning works best with senior leadership present — typically three to eight people. Quality reviews often involve operations managers and process owners. Knowledge management work may draw on staff across seniority levels. We advise on who should be involved once we understand the context.

All engagements are conducted under a mutual non-disclosure agreement. We treat the information shared with us as strictly confidential and do not reference clients in any public communications without explicit permission. Our team operates under professional standards that reflect the sensitivity of the work involved.

For engagements with a regional dimension — particularly those involving Greater Bay Area operations or cross-border teams — we consider these on a case-by-case basis.
